This outfit was requested by reader Bella Style and I quite like it.  If any of you have any styling ideas for my wardrobe please suggest.  I really enjoyed trying this one out ;)

I seriously wore the same jacket multiple times this week but let me explain..........I love it!  I bought it years ago at Target just because it was so beautiful and only just recently had it tailored down so that I could actually wear it.

So Mr. PEMS and I have been working on a construction project together and I can't wait to show you guys!!.....stay tuned ;)

Happy Weekend Lovelies!!

  3. The construction project sounds intriguing... will it replace the armoire in your outfit pictures? :)

You've got such a knack for mixing colors, patterns, and paying attention to details like the headband and flowers in your hair. Love all of these outfits!

  4. You mix patterns so well! Whenever I do it, I think it looks ridiculous!

  5. Oh Callandra, you could open a consulting firm. :)Like the different styles you put together. Especially the denim shirt outfit is so chic!

  6. I never would have thought a jacket with that pattern/color pallet could be that versatile...I seriously love every look you put together with it! You are amazingly talented! Want to style me for a few days?? lol ;P

  8. I hope that construction project involves packaging you up and shipping you to Houston so that you could "re-construct" my wardrobe!

You are amazing! That jacket is gorgeous!!! How do you think it woud look over the zippered pocket Loft dress...over even over a simple black maxi, maybe with a scarf??

I LOVELOVELOVE the blue H&M dress (man, I wish we had that store in Houston!), but I also love the simplicity of the second to last outfit. That denim shirt fits you perfectly!!

  10. Love your blog. I check it everyday even though I know you usually only post once a week! Would you share how you style your hair when you pull it back? Thanks!

  11. wow the ON necklace looks so similar to the anthro one. great dupe.

I have been considering getting that denim shirt from H&M, but settled for chambray instead. It looks great on you. I can already see how you will be layering it.

  12. I love it too Betty and I definitely will ;)

    Thanks so much Anon!

Hi Cee ;) Hadn't thought of that actually.....might be a possibility now that you mention it. Thank you!

Thank you Cher! I seriously doubt that color and pattern mixing looks ridiculous on you. Judging from the styles you wear on your blog, I'd say that your personal style is more classic/chic so that's just what you feel more appropriate wearing ;)

  13. Thank you mix and match ;) I have to say that the denim shirt outfit was my favorite of the bunch (which is a bit unusual for my normal "eclectic" style).

I'd love to style you Tara! (especially with all of that great Stella Dot jewelry you have to play with now ;)

Thank you Dee! I thought of Anthropologie the minute I saw it....(just wish I hadn't waited so long to have it taken down).

Lol Kish!....that would be a blast ;) I love your styling ideas for the Target jacket.....don't have a black maxi dress (What?...I know - shock)Lol ...but I will definitely pair it with the Loft zippered dress, thanks for the idea! I have to travel for almost 2 hours to get to a H&M store but it makes a nice weekend trip for sure! The last outfit is my favorite actually.....just loved the way I felt in it after wearing it for an entire day!

  14. Thank you Michelle ;) I seriously can't wait to show you guys the project....very excited!!

Awww Lisa.....you check it out everyday? How great is that?! Thank you ;) To be honest, the styling of the hair involves a rubber band! Lol I can post pictures though if you'd like a step by step for my lazy girl days ;) hee hee

    Thanks so much Mitr Friend!

The only thing about the ON one Aubrey is the single strand instead of the double ......wish it had the double........ but just as I'm typing this to you I realize that I could possibly go find another one and just wear both of them at the same time! Eeeek! Why the heck didn't I think of that sooner?!! I thought I'd be wearing that denim shirt a whole lot more than I have actually......it pulls just slightly across the chest so now I'm thinking maybe should have bought the 4? I guess we'll see. You're right though, it will be great to layer with ;)
